PASSENGER INFORMATION
We’re looking forward to welcoming you onboard one of our luxurious charter flights for your upcoming journey. When you fly Legendaire, you fly on time and in style.
Important things to know
Have a question about a Legendaire flight? Below you’ll find the most essential information but please feel free to contact us with any other queries you may have.
Check in
15 minutes prior to arranged departure is recommended to ensure on-time departure.
Baggage
As we use small planes, please be mindful of the amount of baggage you travel with. Soft duffle bags are preferred over hard cases. Due to limited space in the baggage compartments, if you do not adhere to the limits below, we cannot guarantee your bag will travel with you on the same plane on the same day. All baggage items must be declared during booking to ensure weight and balance are accurate. This includes size, shape, weight, and contents.
Limitations:
Electronic devices
Small electronic devices (PEDs or Personal Electronic Devices), such as mobile phones, tablets etc., are permitted to be used during your flight.
Dangerous goods
Dangerous Goods must not be transported on our services (exceptions apply). Please contact us with any questions prior to your booking date.
Legendaire reserves the right to inspect any bags which dangerous goods are suspected.
Smoking and alcohol
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted within our premises or aircraft.
Cargo and weight
All passengers, and their bags, will be weighed prior to departure.
Parking
Free parking is available in front of the Legendaire office. These are the 11 spots marked green. Please do not park in the spots marked in red as these are used by other businesses.
More free parking is available in the carparks opposite the Royal Flying Doctor Service building marked in green.
Covid-19 management
Travelling by private charter means less risk of transmitting or becoming infected with Covid-19 but we’re still following strict protocols to ensure your health and safety at all times.
